Exchange / Return policy

  • The exchange option is not available. However, you can always return products that are eligible for return, within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  • The return value shall not be refunded but it will be credited as reward points which you can redeem against your next purchase.
  • You can find which product is eligible for return during purchase itself below the “BUY IT NOW”
  • Certain products are not eligible to be returned and this will be mentioned in the product detail page itself. Customers shall understand this eligibility before making the purchase.
  • Return process shall be initiated within 24 hours from the time of delivery for products that are eligible to be returned.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices. Product should be unused, unwashed, not soiled and not crushed and shall be in a saleable condition.
  • It advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged, so that there is no damage of goods in transit. The return shipment is customer’s responsibility until it reaches back to us.
  • The customer should bear the return shipping cost. This cost will be non- refundable.
  • Before you pack the courier, please take photos of the product in front, back and isometric angle and after completing the packing take photos of the product in front back and isometric angle. Email us all the photos of Product and the packaging before couriering.
  • Once you initiate the return process, you shall courier the product to us on the same day to the below address and email the courier waybill copy to support@opusrkid.com

  • After we received the product, the product will undergo thorough quality check to approve if the product confirms to our afore-mentioned return norms 
  • The return value will be added to your reward points to your OPUSRKID.COM account. You can use this reward points to make the replacement purchases.
